Your underwater adventure begins with a comprehensive introduction designed to make you feel at home in the ocean. Before we head into the blue, you will learn basic scuba skills in a relaxed, supportive environment, giving you the time to practice breathing underwater until it feels like second nature. Once you’re comfortable and confident, we’ll move into calm, clear waters, the kind of pristine environment where every detail of the reef is visible. Because you will be guided in very small groups, you’ll receive the dedicated, one to one attention necessary to ensure you feel supported at every depth. This isn’t just a lesson, it’s a chance to experience your first real dive safely, surrounded by marine life and the incredible peace of the deep, all while under the constant care of our professional instructors.
This is a brief introductory course that teaches the basic dive theory, skills, and the use of diving equipment. We start with the theoretical part, which lasts about half an hour, covering the basics of the scuba unit, how it works, how the diver uses it, physics of diving, equalization, underwater communication, and describing the two skills that the diver will learn underwater, removing water from the mask and using the regulator. Then we do one shore dive, to a maximum depth of 10 meters, for about 40 to 45 minutes underwater. You will have the opportunity to see a lot of micro life, sponges, corals, fish, and much more.
With a maximum of 3 persons per leader, we maximize the level of safety and enjoyment for each diver.
